Thank you for allowing our family to serve you.

We take orders on a first come first serve basis.

Our goal is to get to orders within 24-72 hours.

Lately, we have been having a rush of orders, so you will have to look on our updates page to see the best estimation for delivery time.

Please look to see if we have posted any delays at the present time on our Notices & Updates page.

The day Chuck begins your order it will be completed that day and mailed the next day.

VERY IMPORTANT:When you place an order for any particular color sequence, special order, or customized kit, please send an email at the same time of your order, so I can get your order written up.

Normally we have what you need in stock, but once in a while we have an unpredicted rush of orders of the same colors. This does not happen often but it is possible. If there is a problem, I will email you.

We will send you an email once your order ships.

VERY IMPORTANT:Cross Kits, Prebent Nail orders of 300+, Premade items of 25+ are mailed by USPS Priority Mail.
You will have to pay your own shipping manually if you are ordering a smaller quantity, or we will have to refund your order!

You must pay shipping for any Premade cross items that are less than 25 in quantity.
You must add your shipping for wire orders, if not purchased along with the bulk orders mentioned above.

We ship Internationally. You pay actual shipping.

We accept Paypal, online Credit Card payments, Personal Check, or Money Order.
